Craig brings over 15 years of experience in paid media, healthcare, lead generation, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing. He has managed hundreds of millions in ad spend across Google and Meta Ads, partnering with brands such as Smile Doctors, Sage Dental, Big Blanket Co, ShearComfort, and leading legal clients. His expertise in building scalable Google Marketing infrastructure has contributed to multiple private equity exits, and his career spans agency, in-house, and leadership roles. Craig combines a data-driven approach with a passion for growth, helping clients turn their media investments into profit engines. Based in Victoria, BC, he balances his drive for results with family life alongside his wife Lindsay and their two young children.

Caleb’s expertise spans e-commerce, multi-location healthcare, and professional services, where he focuses on building strategies that scale profitably. He combines enterprise rigor with a growth-focused mindset, helping clients compete and win in competitive markets. Away from work, Caleb enjoys traveling, practicing martial arts, and spending time with his fiancée and their energetic Border Collie.
